Supportive Family Healthcare Services, LLC provides structured, intensive treatment for adults in Virginia through our ASAM Level 2.5 Partial Hospitalization Program. Our program supports individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges by offering comprehensive, recovery-focused services designed to promote stabilization, build coping skills, and support successful transition to the next appropriate level of care.
Our goal.
Our ASAM Level 2.5 Partial Hospitalization Program helps individuals work toward their personal recovery goals through structured, intensive treatment that supports emotional stability, healthy coping skills, and long-term recovery. We focus on building the skills needed to manage substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges, strengthen daily functioning, and transition safely to a lower level of care while maintaining progress in the community.

We are conveniently located at 6714 Patterson Ave, Suite 103, Richmond, VA 23226, in a central and easily accessible area. Our office is situated along Patterson Avenue, with convenient parking available and close proximity to major roads for easy travel.
